Terms of Service

Last updated: March 13, 2026

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Krust, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. License Grant

Free Tier

Krust grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the free version of Krust for personal, non-commercial purposes. There are no time limits on the free tier.

Pro License

A Pro license grants you access to additional features for the duration of your subscription (monthly or yearly) or perpetually (lifetime). Each license may be activated on up to 2 devices simultaneously. Licenses are personal and non-transferable.

Commercial Use

Commercial use (using Krust in the course of work for an organization generating more than $10,000 USD per year in revenue) requires a Pro license. Open-source maintainers, students, educators, and non-profits may use Krust free of charge.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

Pro licenses are sold through LemonSqueezy, our merchant of record. All payments, billing, and tax handling are managed by LemonSqueezy under their terms of service.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans, no questions asked. To request a refund, email support@krust.io within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are processed through LemonSqueezy.

5. Trial

All Pro features are available for 30 days after first launch, with no sign-up required. When the trial ends, Pro features are locked. All free features remain fully available.

6. Intellectual Property

Krust and all associated code, design, and documentation are the intellectual property of SlarOps. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the software.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Krust is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every Kubernetes configuration. You use Krust at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlarOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Krust, including but not limited to data loss, cluster misconfiguration, or downtime.

9. Kubernetes Cluster Responsibility

Krust provides tools to manage Kubernetes resources. You are solely responsible for the actions you perform on your clusters through Krust, including resource deletion, scaling, and configuration changes.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the app or website.
