How to Request a Refund

1. Email support@krust.io with your order number or the email used at checkout
2. We'll process your refund through LemonSqueezy within 5 business days
3. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank

What Happens After a Refund

• Your Pro license will be deactivated
• Pro features will be locked
• All free features remain fully available — Krust continues to work

After 30 Days

Refund requests after 30 days are handled on a case-by-case basis. We want you to be happy — reach out and we'll do our best.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your monthly or yearly subscription at any time through LemonSqueezy. No refund is needed — your access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
